• BUCKLE collars are a quick-release type that separates when sides are pressed. These are Wienerlock buckles, made in the USA by the National Molding Co. and are of high quality. Buckles are available in all 5 sizes. MARTINGALE collars are a slip-on type. They do not have buckles. They are only available in medium, large and extra large. They are designed to tighten around the neck when the dog pulls. When fitted correctly they are safe and may even offer an advantage when it comes to control.
• ADJUSTABLE COLLAR SIZES: XLRG - length 19 to 30 in., width - 1 in. /// LRG - length 16 to 26 in., width - 1 in. /// MED - length 12 to 19 in., width - 3/4 in. OR width - 1 in. /// SML - length 9 to 13 in., width - 5/8 in. /// XSML - length 7.5 to 11 in., width - 3/8 in.
• PROPER FITTING is key to a safe and comfortable collar. Measure the dog's neck by using a fabric tape measure or a string and a ruler. Make sure that you can comfortably get two fingers between the measuring tape (or string) and the dog's neck. For BUCKLE collars, use the exact measurement to make your selection. For MARTINGALE collars, subtract 2 inches from your measurement to make your selection.

• CUSTOM orders are available. We can use strap widths of 3/8, 5/8, 3/4 and 1 inch to make collars of any length. These orders are taken out of our normal process and incur a slightly higher cost. When we receive a custom order, we hold it until we receive your specifications. These orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
